Plancraft manufacture all types of polyurethane mouldings, including soft flexible integral skin foam mouldings, rigid/ semi rigid elastomer rubber and rigid/ semi rigid PU. All can have various shore hardness and density depending upon the application. Plancraft use OMS Low pressure metering units, giving outputs to suit virtually every application.
Plancraft can offer, design, prototype, mould manufacture and production service, or can work from existing moulds.
Plancraft polyurethane mouldings can be manufactured in virtually any colour (RAL K5 Classic 220 colours, RAL Designer 1680colours or NCS 1750colours).
Rubber matting Plancraft are suppliers of ‘Allgrip’ matting, a high grip mat for conveyors and grip surface for the base of rides. Available in several ply thickness, widths and lengths.
